Refund Policy – Master
Master Premium is a subscription plan offering unlimited viewing access to all episodes to users on the Master App, for the time-period of the subscription.
Please note that this Refund Policy is to be read together with the Master App’s terms of use.
1. General Policy
All purchases made on the Master app are final and non-refundable.
2. Subscriptions
Our subscription plans include auto-renewals, ensuring uninterrupted access to Master episodes.
Please note:
- The Users have agreed to auto-renewal expressly and affirmatively by signing up to use the Master App.
- Users (on a paid trial or paid subscription plan) are not eligible for a refund for auto-renewed period, if they cancel auto-renewal post the expiry date of the current trial period or subscription period.
- Users may choose to cancel auto-renewal as stated on the App or the website of Master before the expiry date of the current subscription term. Such cancellation will only stop renewal for the upcoming subscription term and will not affect the current subscription term. In addition to cancelling auto-renewal of subscription on our App, Users are responsible to cancel the recurring payments or auto-pay mandates for the respective payment method utilised by the User.
- We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for cancellation of subscriptions. User can continue using the Master App for the period of subscription paid for by such user.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered solely only in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous transactions where the user has been charged more than once for the same service.
- Technical errors attributable to the Application that result in non-delivery or failure to activate a purchased subscription or paid service.
Refunds shall not be considered for any other reason including, but not limited to, change of mind, partial usage, dissatisfaction with content, or failure to use the purchased service.
We (Company) may consider your request for refund on a case-to-case basis in accordance with your rights under applicable law.
Where a refund is approved by the Company, the amount shall be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 7–10 working days, subject to applicable banking and payment gateway timelines.
4. Information on payment and chargebacks (if any)
The payments methods/modes available to make payment are visible to the users at the time of payment.
We engage third party payment service providers for processing payments, and they may process the payments in a secure manner in accordance with their policies and terms and conditions. Please contact us if you would like to know the name and address of the third-party payment service provider.
Users may contact their bank or card/payment instrument issuer to confirm chargeback availability.
Note:
Refunds (approved by the Company) may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect in your account due to processing delays by the bank. If the refunded amount is not received after 10 days, please contact us at support@masteredu.ai.
