1. What are the benefits of Master Premium?

Master Premium gives you access to exclusive premium content across multiple categories like Business, Finance, English Speaking, Technology, Online Earning, and Personality Development.

The Master Premium Trial gives you 3-Day unlimited access to premium videos, an Ad-free learning experience for uninterrupted viewing, HD quality playback, and multi-device login. New videos are added regularly so that you always have fresh and updated content to explore.

2. What is the ₹1 trial? What happens after the trial?

Master offers a ₹1 trial for 3 days.

During the trial:

  • You get full access to premium content
  • You can cancel anytime within the trial period

After 3 days:

  • Your subscription and access to content will continue and the subscription amount will be auto-deducted towards the end of the trial period unless cancelled

3. How can payment be made on the Master app? Will it auto-renew?

You can subscribe using any one of these options:

  • UPI payment (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
  • Google Play payment

All payment options are shown before payment.

Auto-renews every billing cycle.

4. How can I cancel my Master subscription?

  • Cancelling from your UPI app/ Google Play Account stops future payments
  • You will still be able to access the content for the current billing cycle
  • You can check your Auto-pay and Subscription status in Subscription Settings in Master app
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime.

Refer to the relevant section based on your payment method:

4.1 For all users (taken subscription from anywhere)

First, open the Master app and follow these steps:

  • Open Master App
  • Go to Profile
  • Tap Subscription Settings
  • Click Cancel Subscription and follow the steps suggested

After this, cancellation will continue based on your payment method.


4.2 If you paid using Google Play

If your payment was done through Google Play:

  • Use steps mentioned in 4.1 to reach Google Play Account

Alternatively,

  • Open Google Play Store
  • Go to Payments & subscriptions

Steps on Google Play:

  • Select Master from subscriptions
  • Tap Cancel subscription
  • Confirm cancellation

4.3 Cancel directly from your UPI app

If you used a UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.):

  • You can also cancel from your UPI app, if available
  • Look for Autopay / Subscription / Mandate section

5. Will I get a refund if I cancel?

Refund depends on how you paid:

  • Google Play payments → Refund as per Google Play policy
  • UPI payments → No refund after plan starts
