Master Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Master AI mobile application (“App”) and related services offered by Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms (and the Privacy Policy). If you disagree, please do not use the App.

Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By using or accessing the App, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines or policies we publish.

1.2 We may revise or modify these Terms at any time. For major changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice. Your continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Service Description

2.1 The App provides educational content, learning modules, assessments, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

2.2 You acknowledge that features, content, and availability may change, be added, paused, or removed at our discretion.

Accounts & Eligibility

3.1 To use certain features, you must register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.3 You must be at least 18 years old to register on the App. By registering on the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3.4 If you are under 18, you shall not create an account, should use the App under parental or guardian supervision and should do so only in accordance with applicable laws.

3.5 We reserve the right to deny service, refuse registration, or suspend accounts in our discretion.

Acceptable Use & Restrictions

4.1 You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content except via features we provide
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems to access the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes (e.g. reselling, advertising) without our permission
• Violate applicable laws or infringe rights of others

4.2 We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse, hacking, or misconduct.

User Content & Conduct

5.1 You may submit content such as feedback, quizzes, answers, or comments (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content.

5.2 By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute it in connection with the Service.

5.3 You represent that (i) you own or have rights to all submitted content, and (ii) content does not violate laws, defame, infringe copyright, or violate privacy.

5.4 We may remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, without notice.

Termination

6.1 We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, repeated infringement, or misuse.

6.2 Upon termination, your rights to use the Service immediately cease. We may delete or block your data, subject to our data retention policies.

Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, software, designs, and other materials provided in the App (“App Content”) are owned or licensed by us. All rights are reserved except as expressly granted.

7.2 You must not use App trademarks, logos, or any proprietary marks without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers & Warranty

8.1 The Service and App Content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

8.2 We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content.

8.3 We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our officers, employees, affiliates) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights

Eligibility & Representations

You affirm that you are legally competent to enter into these Terms and that you are not a person barred from receiving services under applicable laws.

Assignment

These Terms, and your rights under them, may not be transferred or delegated by you, but we may assign or transfer them without restriction.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India (excluding conflict-of-law principles). Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Refund Policy

All purchases made on the Master App are final and non-refundable, unless specifically directed by us under exceptional circumstances. Read more about our Refund Policy at https://masteredu.ai/refund .

Communication Consent

By creating an account on Master, you acknowledge and agree that the platform may contact you for account-related, transactional, operational, and customer-support purposes through the following channels:

• SMS
• WhatsApp
• RCS (Rich Communication Services)
• Phone Calls

These communications may include but are not limited to: OTP verification, subscription updates, payment confirmations, expiry reminders, service announcements, or critical operational updates required for uninterrupted access to Master’s services.

Promotional communication may also be sent if you have opted in. You may withdraw consent for promotional communication anytime.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will attempt to notify you in advance. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
